It's a little too "chaosed" I think. Next time, make the buttons a little more visible, and maybe try some different shapes for them, not only square shaped.
Looks like you overused the motion blur filtre a little too, and the scanlines. Try something a little less "machine-made" next time. Draw on some lines, fill them with color, make it original.
Overall, a decent skin. It could be more user-friendly and less chaotic.
If you use a skinner program, I'm going to tell you the same thing I tell everyone else: Try once not to use it, or at least open up the files in photoshop/psp. You will find it much more rewarding (if you suceed in finishing the skin, that is)
