I have downloaded your file, but there is absolutely nothing in the folder. I have also saved target as.... but when I try to add skin from disk and pick the .wba file, nothing happens. A little disappointed in this. It looks like a really cool windowblind.

Start menu seems to now work o.k. The submenus still have that great "rolled" look that shows a bit of extra care.

It would be nice if someone would modernize this skin. It was outstanding when introduced, and could be again.
