Excellent skin. I've put some further comments on the NextStart theme. Like DavidK says, 'simple' is misleading - it's simplicity is it's strength. Nice job.

I really like this combination of colors (as a lot of other people it seems 8) but the skin is also very clean and elegant, not to mention useful.
I tend to prefer skins where form AND function is combined. Skins that look great but can't be used in my daily work is of no interest to me. This skins combines the best of two worlds.
I really like the bars in the menus and drop down lists, they add a lot to the feel of the skin.
The only problem with the skin is that the icons on the taskbar tasks can get a bit small as I have my taskbar to the left of my screen but this is a very minor gripe about an otherwise very high quality skin.
Keep up the most excellent work!

Just some small things that I think need to be said - It's a decent skin, although I don't think the beveled blue hilight works so well in the menus, especially if the foreground text remains black. If you can't beat that horizontal stretching effect you might want to consider something simpler.
