But actually the screen shot is made by skinstudio and I don't know why it places the toolbar buttons over the menubar, cause afaik there are no cases where they are placed like that. I agree that the beveled button over the beveled toolbar looks stupid, but in reality it's always a case of one or the other. Never together. I think hte skin looks nice the way it is, in my opinion, but I will still play around with it and see if I can make it even better.
But as I said, please download and install it, please don't judge with the screenshot which doesn't give it 100% justice, IMO.

Suggestion: I think a little flat menu bar, menu buttons and columns will look nice, if not more flat maybe more integrated.
