I like it. Very elegant.
IMO, a 9x9 explorer backing is too small. With my pentium 3 you can see it tiling the large windows. For my local machine I resized it to 90x90 (and made it a light pumpkin color, the white was too bland for me).

you can allways change the explorer background to your oun, I don't use the background on my windows becouse the web view of the explorer is white and any background would will split the window. I left it plain white.
