looks great, my only suggestion would to work with the start menu bar colors. They dont guite match the window in my opinion, everything else looks great!

Very very slick. Your requirements for a powerful machine underestimate the power of WindowBlinds. This skin flies on a PIII 700 laptop which is a long way from 'state of the art' these days.
However, a man can only stand so much 'mint green' in a day. Back to Cobalt for me!

I really like how it looks, but the Dialog tabs and the grippers are not transparent. Otherwise it looks great!
