IT should be noted that the skin was orginally made using Win98 and when I used it with XP, the start bottom got switched. You have to use skin studio to fix this intil I re-submit another update.

Where's the XP support? My start menu, taskbar, and quicklaunch all revert to standard Windows ugliness when I apply either of these skins.

Also, the three buttons on the right of the menus are all super-sensitive. I have to hit them exactly right to get them to work.

I�m a little disappointed in that your �preview skin� is just a little deceptive!
You intentionally used Apple�s character set [font] to entice . . . but not deliver!
Thus the high download rate. Yes, I understand your offering to be free and under other circumstances I would be grateful for your hard work. But not this time! I have not the stomach for your nefarious intention! You ought to be ashamed!!!

It's pretty good I just have one complaint, which also applies to your other skin, macWINtosh (the normal one):
I don't know if this applies to everyone or if it's just my computer, but the little purple parts that are supposed to be invisible appear at the edges of all the progress bars. (You know how in SkinStudio purple is always used if you want something to be transparent)
Does anyone else experience this?

Sorry your disappointed but that problem has been nutorious since I put both skins together. It states in the readme (if I'm correct) that you need to INTSALL the font in the "ZIP" file to your font archives so it will work right, but alot of people find that the font is corrupt so you'll have to do what I did and search the web for the font (chicago.ttf). Once again sory for the problems but I haven't made windowblinds skins in some time, or kept up with this site. To busy with school and moved onto hacking COUNTER-STRIKE weapons (model/skins). Just e-mail me any questions you have and I'll be happy to try and answer them.
BTW: Blue Arctic I've never seen that problem I think its some complication on your side. If anyone else has this same problem let me know.

Yeah it's okay because I found out I can get rid of that problem just by changing the bitmap that defines what the progress bar looks like.
Another thing I was wondering is this: In the preview to the left, the open menu is transparent. Is it supposed to be? Maybe it's just my stupid comp again, but it's solid for me. Or do you need Windows XP to get that effect?

2 Things I don't like:
1. The Title bar with the ribbed effect is too busy. (minor quibble)
2. The Start Menu (with the exception of the start button) doesn't have the cool glass look depresions when the cursor is placed over it. (major problem that needs to be fixed)
Additionally it would be nice to see some complementary "glass effect" cursor icons to acompany this excellent skin.
