Unfortunately, I don't have XP, so I've got no way to test or fix that. If you want the start panel to look right, I can only suggest you try the WEBolutionary skin for ObjectBar. Of course, if any skinners have XP and can fix this for me, I'll be glad to give you full credit for any assistance you can offer.
