This is a great skin! I forgot how cool Windows could look. I am in awe of this masterpiece. It must have been fun to make. That feeling you get when you start putting an idea together, and then all the little peices start to fall in to place ... ahh, the joys of skinning Everything just fits together so well. When I first saw this skin, I liked very much and was really curious to see the XP stuff...
David, the hew part is really fantastic! The Start menu and taskbar are just gorgeous. Great work!=D

this instantly has become my default WB skin. it awesome thats all i can say! i commented on this skin in a different category but i thought id do it again 
again the only complaint i have is the start buttn animation being a little glitchy. other than that this skin has mad style, i love it!
whats cool is that the shapes and angles strongly resemble a website i had started working on previous to this skin, i think thats why i fell for this skin right away.
good work man, cant wait to see more from you!

I decided to update the skin here too. This is version 1.6a and has the black frame in the start button fixed (didn't count the frames right) and the clock display cutting off the leading digit is fixed plus a few cosmetic tweaks.

Merc_X - there's a readme file in the skin's directory that'll tell you how to do it and where to download the tool for different colors. It's a paragraph down near the bottom of the file. It also explains what all the extra Winamp functions are when you shift-click or ctrl-click the controls. The file is called "seti readme.txt"
