As a Q3A fan,I like this,as Merlyn said,It's very Detailed,I got alot skins for Windows XP and this tops it all.Good job boss,now you need a Unreal Tournament skin(s) for the Hardkore UT fans like me.I like UT,Q3,that shit so I would love it if you made a UT skin with WinXP support

I think I should tell u Brent that the wallpaper is a rip off.Its the small SplashLogo which appears when u are installing quake3.Take a screen capture using some software while installing then cut out the image and blow it up using a photoeditor. 
Voila! wallpaper at ur service.Dont ask me for it cuz its got the ID logo so uploading is against ethics and I am not goin to remove the logo. Enjoy the skin.
