Another exceptional skin. However the buttons are on the wrong side. If m_e_g would move the buttons to the right side of the skin it would be an excellent skin. MEG in Brookshire Texas.

It seems quite nice. One some monitors and graphics cards however a little more contrast is needed. Perhaps slightly (just so) darker grays and tone down the white by no more than a couple percent.

I could be wrong but it looks like the standard Quick Launch toolbar. To see it yourself you'll need to unlock the quick launch bar and drag it to the top of the screen. Then right click, goto view, select "Large Icons" et voila! The spinkee toolbar
The skin is very nice, clean looking and functional. The minimize/maximize etc being on the right takes some getting used to but otherwise very good.

i think it does work on 98se, it worked for me on ME, i upgraded to XP know, but i think it works, and the bar on the bottom is truelaunchbar but you could do it with the normal quicklaunch as explained by Norphy below...

I am using win98se and it seems to be fine and no problem. Well, it will be better if the uppermost line is not disappear for the windows when the win. is max.

It's the one I'm using now, although I modified it a bit. The scrollbars could perhaps be a little thinner. But it is very clean and pleasant to the eye.
