The normal buttons could do with being a bit wider (currently they're banding). Similarly for the menu image, the XP user pane top and a few others where that gradient occurs - it could be smoother.
Doesn't look quite right on tool windows. WB can do separate images for these (and separate buttons).
The min and max buttons do not behave identically when the window is changed from active to inactive - max changes, min does not.
The user icon and text could be fully inside the border if the ContentLeft and ContentTop of [StartPanel.UserPane]
The corner bit where horizontal and vertical scrollbars meet is not meant to be transparent, as there is nothing for it to be transparent *to*.
Text is black on the taskbar icons (because you didn't specify it - you need a [colourX] section and NormalColour=X etc in the appropriate sections. Not hugely readable.
Appropriate dialog and explorer bitmaps would be a nice addition.
The start menu hilight colour (MenuHilight in [colours]) is not specified - perhaps MenuHilight=255 227 165 or something close to that?
The window text is not level with the window icon. Seemed a little odd to me. Perhaps the icon should be further down?
The left and right start menu images are not set to tile correctly and therefore if the start menu is higher than expected, nasty stretching of the side occurs.
No feedback when you move the mouse over the close button.
I want an animated start button ring!
