Needs some work on the usability aspect (toolbar buttons being readable when you mouseover them, selected text being a little more readable, the use of titlebar font outlining, that sort of thing), but certainly not bad for a first effort - and it has a help button, which too many skins lack. Of course, it's really slow, but that's what you pay for large borders and animation. If you're interested in animation, note that it can be used elsewhere too - many standard controls like buttons, the taskbar controls and menu items are amenable to animation.

Oh, and you might want to consider setting your window borders to tile, not stretch.
