This thing is awesome because it doesn't distract you 
It's dark but not too dark just the stuff that needs to be. What happens is on my 19" flat monitor is the web pages look too big sometime so this acts as a blind without taking away from it.

It's funny though because this is the only skin so far where the menu buttons such as the "File" and "Edit" buttons actually show up in Explorer and Internet Explorer windows whereas all other skins, they remain looking flat...odd...

Apart from that, the logoff/shutdown text is invisible. Titlebar buttons are also visible when they should not be (if it's not really there, don't let me click on it).
About the only thing I like about this skin is the clarity of titlebar text - at least you can see what the window you're using is called, which is a failing in some skins, but not a problem here because there isn't really much to distract.
