On the laptop version, the close button sometimes pops the System Menu and does not close the window. Why do you think that is?

Yes, I've checked it. But I don't know exactly why. Maybe it happens when you change the skin and than click only Okay instead of clicking Apply first. I did so first time and couldn't reproduce it afterwards. I'm rather sure the UIS file is okay.
