I like the color and would use this skin but when I try to download I also get the "There is no uis file, are you sure this is a windowblinds skin?" message.

There's what you need to do to see this: Rename the WBA to ZIP.Extract the zip. It will give you another WBA. Double click on it.(It is called halfway) load it like you do normally. I did!!

Ack. I tried what WiseOldMan suggested as well as instructions previously posted in one of the stardock newsgroups. No go. Can't get WB to recognize and show the skin.
