Compiled, all skins work on all OSes. Skins that are optimised for XP just give more stuff to the XPers. You aren't missing out on anything just because a skin has XP support.

possibly what is meant by XP support is that ObjectBar cannot convert this to an ObjectBar

This is an easy skin to live with. It's not distracting in any way. The toolbar titles are cool. I like the overall lightness.

This would be a REALLY great skin if it wasn't for those cutesy blueberries.
