Very nice! The only thing I don't like is the tiny font used, but you're using oldSys cursors, so I'll forgive that... 
It's not often a skin comes along that I end up using it instead of my own, but you've truly surpassed yourself this time.

It is truly a great thing that the Start Panel has matching 'selected items' graphics like the rest of the menus, instead of a flat colour. It is a beautiful piece of work!!

Excellent skin!!! This is the first time in quitw a while that I have wanted to change my WB skin. Using now and I love this skin! Very simple, elegant and I love the sounds and spinner controls. Great work. I'm looking forward to your next Beacon skin/s hint, hint....

Although I do not usually like dark skins, I like this one. It's very clean, yet is still pleasant to see. My only problem is that the left side of the menus are too dark to see checkmarks. Other than that, it's a great skin!

Great skin, but I have a small problem, the add/remove programs window does'nt look right until you click on the add/remove button. Otherwise great job, I enjoy all of your skins.
