A compound skin would be a great idea Jo, I am glad you thought about that, then everybody will be happy.

Other then that, what a lovely XP task and start pannel

Very nice.

One suggestion, one bug report though:

Suggestion. When the window is maximized, can the title part be flush with the top of the buttons? Maybe its just me, but that gap between the title bar and top of the screen just seems off.

Bug. I'm using Objectbar for the taskbar (yes, I plan to upgrade to XP soon). The transparent portions of the Start Panel appear as solid.

All in all, its great! Looking forward to how it evolves!!

jromp: for nonXP users, as long as the skin has the XP menu/stuff, you don't need a specific OB skin/theme for it, even if you're runing W98. OB can convert the WB skin and give you the XP menu/taskbar. Check the settings in OB to use the the window blind skin and that should do it.

This is for woofer.Hey man i had the same problem with the start menu on OB.Just go to the folder find the top and botom tga files using paintshop or any other beside windows paint, and conver the tga files to bmp formay and the solid areas paint them that ugly pink used for transparency.

This really is outstanding, the more I use it, the more I like it.

I like the large title bar. But I can see where others are coming from, that would be a good reason for a future update to have a compound skin where they could select a small title bar.

What I really like about this skin is that it really demonstrates the benefits of UIS2 (visual style format). Note the beautiful borders on it (left and bottom left corner epsecially). This could't be done with any other visual style format (i.e. not with UIS1, msstyle, etc.).

And it's remarkably fast!

Awesome!

Now if it only came with an assortment of colors to go with the color changer feature of WMP9.

Greetings,

The skin looks very impressive and I like it very much. The only problem I have is my Windows 2000 getting slow after applying the skin Any clues for fixing the slow Windows when skin is enabled is highly appreciate!
