I had the same problem with the start bar not being skinned, but nabaged to solve it without redownloading. I had selected this skin using the windowblinds interface with the result that the start menu and taskbar were still skinned with the previous skin I had chosen. I noticed that on the appearance tab of the properties window it showed that my previous skin was still selected. When I chose Haunted night here instead of the windowblinds interface everything skinned correctly.

Dear Scotty Anryugyo: Be my guest putting this into a winstyles theme. With all my skins I welcome everyone to change and edit as they like. As far as I'm concerned, skins should be customized to each person's tastes, and as long as they continue to be free, we should all share in the creation. LOL

Dear Mr. Scott Sproat: Number 1, I am not part of Wincustomize, I am a member just like you, I have no ability to remove posted comments. That having been said, I am WOMAN enough to take critism, and have had many very helpful suggestions to help me learn this program and how to make it function better. Post all the comments you like and I will take them into consideration as I create more skins. I do this for my pleasure, I post the skins to share with others, I am not a genius by any stretch of the imagination and if you feel it makes you more of a man to post criptic nasties without any real constuctive comments, knock yourself out!
