I noticed in the screenshot that there were color variations.

i was dissapointed that the actuall file didnt contain this feature.

or did i possibly get an incomplete file?

Killer Skin! The only thing that would be better is making the expand, minimize, and close buttons easier to use.

You can change the colors through the color picker right in the appearance dialog.

This is a skin that I liked from the screenshot but I liked even more once I was using it. Kudos to both the author and translator.

Thank you Frogboy, and nice work porting all these great skins for us.

altho i still have a problem
i updated to WB 3.50a and still i can only change the custom color thru the WB advanced configuration window.

the "sub design" section is only able to set at default.

i was firstly mistaken thinking that the colors were sub designs, DoH!

but anyway thanks.

oh and jsut a suggestion for this skin and all others from now on.

WB seems to have trouble with AOL browser windows, meaning that the "favorites heart" is commanly confused with the minimize button by WB.

a simple solution would be to have an AOL specific part of a skin to correct this error.

and with a skin such as this one the tiny size of the skins buttons makes it that much harder to use the minimize button with AOL since the clickable surface area of these buttons is almost nill.

i know its the integrity of the artist's original concept for the skin but when takeing into account this bug with AOL maybe an AOL friendly version with larger buttons could be released untill there is a commonly accepted correction to the AOL flaw i mentioned is resolved?

I love this skin....although I must agree that the close restore and minimize buttons should be larger, otherthan that--GREAT!!! Thanx

>>Treetog: I'm hoping to persuade ChaNinja to start making WindowBlinds 4 skins. <<

goodluck, that man is hardcore VS from what Ive read on neowin. Maybe if wb4 skins everything, inculding shell stuff he'll switch ::shrug:: when we going to get more info and screens on wb4?

I used this fine skin-port to practice changing the Min/Max & X-button.

The UIS had a button count of 20! I ended up editing it down to 5, methinks.

Some skin buttons that seemed to work were from "Violaceous" and "Bijou".

Very nice skin, Koasati likes!
One thing.......... when rolled up, there seems to be a piece missing on the left side.

I used this skin for a while and love how it looks, but those buttons are so small it tends to get frustrating. If they were just a little bigger I think it could still look good and make it much easier to use. Otherwise it's perfect though, love the coloring and effects, just the windows buttons are a pain.

With regards to the mentioned AOL problem... CompuServe has exactly the same problem, only it uses a checkmark instead of a heart.

This is indeed a killer skin! I'm not using WB but StyleXP. The minimize and maximize are no problem. The seem small but when your mouse gets close the controls are larger. The effective area is the regular size as default in winxp.

I was wondering thou which icons you are using. I can't seem to find any decent icons to go with the styl... (
