Sorry for reacting so late, but i would had done it thi way:
If i use different hights i would make to colours of buttons a different. Doesnt have to be totaly different but a little darker or lighter. Take Capitol City as an example. Now to me it just looks like a line around a link. But you now what they say, cant argue about tast

I haven't used this skin much since I DLed it because as was already said ; "It's so RED". I keep it and have used though on those occasions when I'm sitting in front of my "Binary Unit" in the dark. The red is very easy on the eyes in the dark. All in all though it's a great skin !!!
