This skin is on my desktop right now. very clean and clear (aka as not too busy;) ). nice contrast with easy to read text. Great work adni18

This is a WindowBlinds skin, which needs the latest version of WindowBlinds aka 3,9, for having all the options you see in the preview on your desktop.
You only need to double click on the file you have downloaded in your computer and then choose it and apply it from the display properties.

No there is no any special manipulation for the LogOff button. If you have Windows XP you should have that button.
