hmmmmm.... I can't get the download to work. I keep getting a "Page cannot be found" error.

I got it downloaded, byt I'm having a major problem with the start menu. Basically every "button" has a blue background (is not transparent therefore it's a nasty effect)

and no wallpaper? Also.. there is no animation when you maximise or minimise windows. Is this what this skin is supposed to do? Can i change this?

Missing the green color... otherwise I would have given this a ten. Watercolor is my all time favorite theme and this one is really good.

ultraman2a, by the reports you've made, I believe your problems are tied to your WB configuration. Open up the WB advanced options panel, and make sure "always use the shellstyle defined in" ISNT checked. Then go to the main WB config dialog, then Preformance and make sure that "disable standard window animation effects" ISNT checked. Hope that solves your issues
