There is a serious problem with this skin. It is so cool I don't want to look at any others. Now see what you've done? LOL This is going to be on my computer for a long time!

I'm sorry Shmoopy, but after seeing the cursors, wallpaper and the icons, I have to change my rating for this skin. It gets a 10 in my book. Awesome Job.
I do have one small comment though. I would have made the small area on the left side of the top of the start menu blind a little more. It is too bright. But, that is trival. This is a awesome skin.

Thank you nice guys-n-gals for all of the nice comments and great input and suggestions. I was really touched by your kindness and encouragement. Been busy all day yesterday and today...
ChasUGC, your suggestion was right on the money...I changed the left part of the upper start bar at top to match better. I'm also adding some custom roll-over images to the start programs and stuff so I'll update it soon. (I also forgot to add a sound to the rollup button so I gotta do that too). LOL If you wanna sneak peak at the tweaks you can download it at: http://www.darkseraphim.com/AquaBlue.wba
Just be sure to delete the original folder so the changes take place.

Well, I made this update whilst using wb4 and much to my chagrin...after testing this update on my 3.5a wb version on a different computer the lower part of the tasbar was partially black. Hmm.
So...I redid a version just for wba 3.5a (might work on lower version too) if anyone has any trouble who doesn't own WB4 (I even uninstalled 3.5a and installed 4 and sure enough it worked fine but on 3.5a it got wiggy).
