This is an awesome skin Hippy. I agree with grd_007, This warrants a suite - say Sysmetrix, Icons, Cursor XP (although I do think "Caution" as already suggested by ChasUGC does work well)and a WinAmp or WMP skin would be simply marvelous

Would be a perfect start for a community suite. I had to think of "Heavy Equipment", when I saw this. Though this is even nicer ! Good work.

While it is already known that this skin is really really good. I think a couple things could be done to make it a slight bit better.
1. You have those checkered blocks on the top and bottom of the menus with the orange inbetween. I think it would look cleaner, and react better with some of the icons, if it was orange all the way from the top to the bottom.
2. the text on the taskbar and on other buttons has a black outline. WHile that looks "cool", it can sometimes look funny, especially when a lot of your text extends to the very edge of the buttons (looks like the text was "stuffed" into the button and forced to fit). If you could somehow geta comfortable padding of space between the edges of the buttons and the end of the text, OR, use a different type of outline on the text, this might help things be more legible.
3. the top of your scroll bars in Internet Explorer have a flat cutoff on the top... in other words there doesn't seem to be a curved masking effect on the tops of them. The bottoms are okay.
(using WB4)

This skin is the coolest now I want do do a carbon fibre and orange job on my car. BTW I don't agree with plumbdrum's comments re the text and menu bars I think the way you have done them is spot on.
This skin is really awesome and the design is professional quality. You should be in graphic design. In fact I think its the best skin I've seen in years.

Re: PlumbDrumb #3, he might have a small point there. I've skinned a few sliders. I would cut a little more of the button of the bat. It doesn't have to go all the way down, to get the effect that it has reached the bottom. Then I would copy the bottom portion, flip and mirror if necessary, and paste it to the top. I'm going to look at the scrollbar myself. Still, I don't agree with the other PlumbDrumb comments but I wish I could shift the user text a little. It is getting a little chopped on the left side. In a contest, these details might cost points, so maybe the critism by PlumbDrumb was constructive. Still, I think this is a awesome skin.

Follow Up: Re:PlumbDrumb #3, it seems that Hippy is correct. This problem is caused by WB, not Hippy. The IE windows and Explorer windows look different with the same scroll bars. In the Explorer windows the right top of the scroll bar is perfect and so is the bottom. I've seen this porblem a lot but, I've always overlooked it as trivial. I wish WB's would learn to skin the All Programs bar in the start menu myself. LOL

I am not attempting to make the skin look crappy. It already looks great, I am just nitpicking it for perfection's sake (but also for user's sake).
also, I have seen rounded scrollbars in IE that dont have that wierd flat part up top. I don't know hwo to fix it, though.
I agree on the "AllPrograms" button in most WB skins... its so annoying when it isn't skinned, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
