It's an . . . interesting skin. Actually really cool in some ways. In other ways it's really odd or just wrong.

I feel the screenshot photo wallpaper doesnt do it justice. I think it would really show up nicely on a rusty iron, or distressed metal wallpaper theme- or some kind of parchment paper theme.

1) I have no XP Startmenu...
2) I get lots of pink around what I think is the minimize button?
3) The min/max/close button area is in dire need of improvement
4) The taskbar is not quite skinned right...
5) Etc...
I know first hand making skins isn't easy, I loaded SkinStudio and was like..."uhm...where to begin?", it's a daunting task. Your skin is much better than I would be able to do, and I commend your effort for trying. All I can say is "practice makes perfect". Keep tryin' man!
