But c242 does have a point. On your next one, take a little more time to work on it and use it for a couple weeks before uploading to make sure it's really up to your own standards. Also, try skinning a few more parts. There's a lot more to skin than just the window frame and XP stuff. Believe me, once you do skin it all, you'll be very glad you did!

I agree with c242. He/she has been kind. When I looked at the skin, I wondered who will download and use a skin that RED that hurt your eyes.

*Almost* you got the point. But try not to make skins by just coloring all things (buttons, borders etc) red. For first it's nice.

It's obvios from what you said in the description that your not just new to skinning but new to the whole idea of it.the only derogatory thing I have to say is you should give a link for the wall.It's pretty cool.Or atleast say who made it.I like the taskbar and the multi colored start button.You have good idea's dont stop skinning.A very talented artist once told me,It's what you like that matters and not what other people think.Good first try.

It's fine for your first skin and I do not mean to discourage you from building more and also building on your capabilities, since this, like I said is fine for a first skin.
But, as others said before me, only upload your skin if you feel they are in any comparison to the other skins displayed on this website. That doesn't mean you have to work on it all by yourself, just ask some top-designers from this website what you can improve and for some tips. I'm sure at least some are happy to help!
