I have only been skinning for a month, so I'm stil trying to figure things out, hopefully very soon I'll be able to make a sking with all the things I want (sound, animation, shells, etc)

Yeah, I did it rather quick (2 1/2 days)
I'm stil testing and experimenting as I go along, so, maybe soon I'll have a fully skined theme with all the buttons and bars

The start button is looking a bit jagged in your themes. Maybe you should draw the button on the bar itself with anti-aliasing in the different states and then cut them for the start menu button (for example look how clean the bevel next to the computer name looks). It might blend better without the jaggies.
I wish you had round beveled the top and buttom portion of the start menu too.
A image in the start menu would have been nice instead of the beige color. It would have been more exciting. Maybe the head centered and smaller and faded out in a transparency level around 70%-80% instead of the beige with that nice gradient background next to the head.
Overall, it is very good though. I wish I could conquer windowblinds skinning.
