Alright man...This is KILLING ME.I now have windowblinds 4 and the shells still are'nt skinned 
i'm damn near possitive I have everything checked that needs to be checked.Do I have to redownload or something?Please tell me what the hell.

Apocalypse_67, Your skin DOES not have the file for xp skinning - xp_stuff.xp or something like that although the xp features are skinned. You could just repack this skin and update it. That should help. Btw, how did You get the prefix skinner for your name??

OK I've downloaded it again I see In your description that it was updated.But it's still not working All the other ones are 
So I know it's not me...Hate to be a pain but I love the skin and want it to work.And by the way....these colors are amazing.

Im running the skin right now, and the Logoff/Shutdown windows work fine.
Topcat. The Logoff/Shutdown windows were not showing skined. I added the shellstyle.xps file to the skin so all the shells will showed skined.

Thx Apocalypse... Is shellstyle.xps a provided.. unmodified file ? meaning it was just inserted in the folder ,,,?

The file does not appears when you start a skin from a blank template. I did a search/find on my system and found the file. I copy and pasted to the skin on the XP Shell folder.

In order to show the skined window for Logoff and Shutdown, you must be running WindowBlinds 4.0
WindowBlinds 3x does not support shells.
