That's what I was afraid you were gonna say. Would if I could. I hope you and other skinners will remember that there are an awful lot of us still on 2K/WB3.5, and I think there are provisions in the WB4 standard for backward compatibility. Beautiful skin in the preview - gonna be awhile before I can use it, sadly. (

I really like this skin, and am putting in my vote for the Trillian skin. 9.5.

i must say along with everyone else this is an excellent skin. only problem i have is it's missing the taksbar gripper on top. taskbar set to auto-hide and either locked or un-locked hovering to make it show doesn't work except blank areas of the taskbar. i'm using the most current version of WB4. also tested on my work system and same thing.

thanks again for the great skin.

Rated a 9.
Good work, but i have some suggetsions.
First of all, can you add more mouseovers, for example mouseovers on the quicklaunchbar.
2: The taskbar looks great if you have it on top of your windows but it sucks if you have it on the bottom of your screen because of the black spaces. It would be great if you remove that.

Hopefully Stardock will get WB4 for Win2k soon, so I can use this great skin.

better.

I like the taskbar a lot better; it seems thinner (or am I seeing things?).

However, now the startbutton image seems to be too close to the upper edge of the bar, and the systray arrow is a little off center.

I digress. Its still an improvement, and the blue title bars look great.

the blue title bar is a nice addition.

but auto-hide taskbar on top still has same problem as before. it needs the gripper added.

You skin looks great but has several problems with v3.41 on Win 2000. The down arrows are bright pink and out of place, and most of the buttons have their edges remaining. I hope these are fixed soon because this will definitely be one of my favorites.

well the gripper i was talking about you have named TaskBarSizingBar. it needs to be 2px instead of 1px, that way the auto-hide taksbar works with no problem when it's at the top.

It is a small gripper. I find it extremely hard to grab

In addition to the offcenter systray arrow and the startbutton image being to close to the upper edge of the taskbar, this could all warrant another update.

Its still a nice skin though (especially with the blue title bars, but you should have skinned common tasks to match the blue title bars )

I am running this on on my Win2k box at work, and my WinXP box at home. I noticed the same thing that was previously mentioned about Win2k and I emailed you a screenshot.

Looks great on XP.

A trillian skin would be great... stunning theme, just feels as though it one of your most 'complete', though that doesn't seem the right word to use.

I would love a Trillian skin, too.
