Save the wba file to the desktop,then install...It was slow to show up here too,but it did install.Dont have a clue as to what might be wrong.

OK, I tried what you said I.R., and it still doesn't work... When I open the WBA file, and I click on that little tooltip that pops up to say that it's been installed, all that does is open the WindowBlinds window, but it doesn't appear on the list... 
Maybe since you said yours was slow to show up, I should wait a bit...?

It installed perfect this time...Go to your windowblinds folder,delete the fathom folder and click the fathom 2005 .wba file...should install fine.
