Not bad for a first... 1 Suggestion:
When you make your preview jpg, try to up the quality a little or else it will be grainy. I made that mistake with my 1st (And so far only) cursor preview. I dont think MS paint has a variable quality adjuster. So use Photoshop/Paintshop to do that.

It is absolutely beautiful! Delightful color change from all these grey and silver knock-offs that people have been pawning off on here.

I like it. I shows in the screenshot that your new to this but there are allot of elements that I like. The XP panel, the 'Turn off computer' shell style.

I love the idea of going from the one color extreem to the other. think maybe in the future you'll be doing the same with blue or green or any other color?
