Hmmm. My last comment doesn't seem to have appeared.
I just wanted to say "Thanks!" and to give extra thanks to goodmorphing -- you lead me to find Elon's Leaping Tiger wallpaper, which is awesome!
BTW, I have discovered a couple of bugs so far. One I can fix, the other I cannot. I will upload a patched version soon, but I'm waiting to see if I find anymore bugs.
Current Known Bugs:
Hover effect on All Programs on Start Panel is broken. WindowBlinds or Windows bug.
Hover effect on flashing task bar program is orange text on an orange background. Skin bug.

Love it - i have been looking for a good white skin to use on my subnotebook (white's better for battery life...) and yours works well even on a small screen (not too big titlebars etc.)

For those who like to know these things, here is what I changed for this second release:
Changed the hover effect to use an orange background rather than the orange text or orange
rectangles. This is much more noticable and allows the theme to be more consistent.
Rounded the Start Panel corners like the window frames.
Made triangular tree expanders.
Fixed the hover background color of the All Programs item on the Start Panel.
Changed the background color of the Log Off, Shut Down, and Please Wait dialogs as they just
weren't very noticable before.
Fixed scrollbar corners bug.
Fixed and improved various other things I forgot or was too tired to note.

i think u should chang the hover coler from orange 2 like black or a dark gray other than that its a totaly wicked skin
