1) It's not trivial to switch the borders to 1 pixel. There's a msstyles port of this by Kol, which is quite well done given the limitations of that format but it has the standard 3 pixel borders. Milk is a good skin for a lot of reasons and the nice 1 pixel borders is one reason.
2) The push buttons are perfect. Alpha blended to the background, they are smooth as...well milk.
3) The title bar buttons are on the left side like the original Milk on MacOS X. But more to the point, when you put your mouse over 1 of them, all 3 buttons are highlighted (as they should be).
4) All the nice extra touches such as the log off screen. I had started to port Milk myself and it became quite a job that I never finished. This is far better than what I would have been able to do.

Although I've modded mine to have a zero pixel border...only took 10 minutes to do LOL

Great Work .
I like it , it�s so cool .
It makes my windows xp into a MACITOSH X , it�s great , i love MAC , it�s better than windows , but you know , i Could not change my OS for a MAC , A new computer is so cost , but i can use thus great skin to turn it a MAC

Very well made and professional!!
I just like to know to to change my taskbar (the Three triangle shaped circles) into the apple logo like in screenshot. That would look so cool!
