Other than the 'Log Off', 'Please Wait', and 'Turn Off' dialogs not being fully skined, I would say great job!

The icons are a SnowE2 IP Theme I did. There is a version by someone else in the IconPackager section.
The controls are QCD taskbar controls from the QCD site.

In the package there is only that olive green underline and a navy blue one, but not that grey/dark shadow one like the preview. Did that one get left out? The grey one like on your preview is awesome!

The font is just Tahoma With some adjustments to ClearType.
The grey underline is a shadow I added to the wallpaper. Just lock the toolbar and use YzShadow for the same result
