Perhaps others will post to say if this is their experience as well or it's just doing that on my system. But if what I'm encountering isn't just my problem it would be good to see if it could be fixed so that it can be easily applied through display properties.
Since many people do like to use the XP style but want to be able to change colors (without making a skin themselves) this skin is a welcome addition IMO.

Sorry to the first 400 or so of you who downloaded the funky version.
If the skin is working for anyone else please let me know.
BTW You can change the skin's color in the display property with the color drop down box. However, I beleive this option is only available in registered versions of WB 3.sometheing or higher.
