Just dl'd and reinstalled this skin...I cant reproduce the prob with the min button ...only thing I can suggest would be to delete the skin and re-download it or just plain reload it.
There wasnt any way to fix mr. frowny without making a smaller graphic(which would have to stretch for the larger mouseovers and look terrible)I wish microsoft would let us pick the size icons for the programs list.(instead of just tiny and huge)

Err Im with Dr Drra� and I keep my MSN Messenger small and the lil part w/ the transparency will show up as pink when its that small..

Dand4n ,do you mean rolled up?I still cant reproduce any of the probs on this end(except for mr frowny being cut off)Again,all I can suggest at this time is reload the skin,redownload it,or re-install WB because the skin checks out fine at this end...I'm using the exact same skin,I dl'd it right here.

Well I fixed the Min Button problem on my PC.
I used SkinStudio and deleted the Painting Options for the Min Button(Active)

I.R. Brainiac I disabled two attributes under the Painting Options for the Min Button that is visible(when a window has one). I think the two attributes had to do with Translucency. Either way all attributes under Painting Options are now disabled. This worked for me.

.The two small mouseovers for the logoff\shutdown are supposed to be that way.(if I hadnt reduced them in area they would have interfered with the batteries.)
.I never used small icons for the start menu so I had no idea there would be a prob with the frowny face.Never done a substyle so I'm not sure how...seems a bit much for 1 mouseover...now that I know its a potential prob,I'll be more careful in the future.
