Folks. Please take the time to rate. This skin has thousands of downloads but only 13 people rated it. I like to be creative and a little out of the norm, but I'd like to know how ppl are really rating . Is the skin functional? Nice looking? Ugly? Over-done? Not advanced enough? I see mostly great comments here from ppl who gave the skin an avagerage of "8", but what about the other 11,128 people who downloaded it? I really want to know.

Probably at least 75 % of them cant,maybe more.
But I agree with you,wish more people would rate,too easy for one bad or one good rate to throw the system out of wack.

over 1 rate per thousand dl's is better than any of mine.Got one with 35,000 dl's and only 13 rates,its in the top 150 skins here at winc and its still a 6,what it had the day it posted,(after 3 updates)Its a shame more people dont review updated skins much.

Ok, here goes! I am rating this skin. But I am not a "skinner" and do not have any idea about skinning But I love this skin. It looks good and works great for me. Thanks for all the good work.

I like it a lot. It reminds me of a skin I did (waterline), but you did a better job with the water elements. Keep up the nice work.
The ratings are the worst aspect of Wincustomize. I hate to see anybody get a bad rating. After all, it's unpaid volunteer work. Unfortunately, some people do give low ratings, and I suspect they don't even bother to download and install the skins.
A lot of times the ratings reflect a superficial assessment of whether the colors are pleasing to that particular person. My feeling is, if you don't like the skin don't rate it. Be an appreciater, not a critic. Criticism is too easy.

Oh, this new version doesn't work well on WB3.5 - all the nice shiny silver I had on the original is now just flat, dull grey

I love this skin but I have tried install three times(and delated)and I still don't hear any water sounds? I went into Windowblinds config and made sure the sounds were checked off(it is).......I don't understand
