You might want to try white text on the taskbar buttons. Perhaps if you also make the text on the system buttons bold you won't need to change the colours as device_failure suggests.
Finally, I agree with danilloOC that the window border should get the same treatment as the start panel which I imagine includes the white background for windows, 3d objects, etc. Or maybe add some cream to the start panel...
Sheesh, I'll stop there before I make a mess of your skin... LOL

I'm running WB 4, but I do use Litestep(.net) as a shell, just want to make sure nothing has been added to WB that I can't see because I'm using Litestep. Also, of course, I like the look of it, and want it myself if I can get my hands on it...
