He changed the icons in his control Panel by exchanging his shell32.dll file for one that has G.A.N.T. icons in it.

I could be wrong, but that looks like ChaNinja's style to me. So I'd do a search for ChaNinja in the icons section and see if that comes up.

Looks good so far.
You might want to make the start button and quick launch graphics work better when used in a double thick taskbar though....

thanks i found it on that site and didnt use any hack programs just deleted shell32 from windows service pack folder and renamed shell32 in system32 to shell32dll1 and copied the gant shell32 rebooted deleted the old shell32 and now it looks like gants ie tool bar buttons also changed
