Panda: I think those are the Orion icons by Mormegil which can be purchased in the Wincustomize store. Which were probably recolored with IconDeveloper? Someone correct me if I'm wrong on the recolor program.

Beautiful skin. Great work. However, the color of this skin makes it rather cold. Gray/green makes for a "depressing" desktop. Other than that, the skin is great.
