I love it! The only thing that ruins it are the special folders backgrounds like the my music one. They look like they were done in "paint"... Other than that minor easily modded thing, GREAT job!

I love the design of your skin, as well as the great mixture of colors and the ease to your eyes that you get when you first look at this...a definite keeper in my collection

nice, but there are some issues with graphics running into other graphics, and the "Log Off/Turn Off Computer" rollovers in the Start Menu are pretty ugly.
It doesn't look good when you use that style of rollover, especially when the off state is a gradient/3d styled look.
Good job overall though.
I like the style and the colors.
I hope you release an update with custom animations and icons, and some other fixes.
