Being an old sailor this has become one of my favorites. It goes well with the various photos of my time in the USN (1950s) that I use for wallpaper. Some font colors make them unreadable in some applications, however.Otherwise, great.

The updated version won't load. The files appear to be downloaded (they show up in Windows Explorer) but program doesn't get in the Appearance section of Display Properties.`
There were zero loading problems with the original.

Am I correct in assuming that this is a patch file and not a complete replacement? The file size is 22.1 Kb as opposed to 284 Kb for the original.

It says 0 Kb on the menu but in Windows Explorer it is 22.1 Kb on my computer.

Ok it should be fixed now. I fixed the file and found out that if I try to add the skin without removing the old one, it doesn't work. So remove the old XP Navy Issue before adding this one. That should solve any problems.

Sure I can do a Coast Guard one. I need to do the Air Force one first, though. On a side note, the corrupt file download was caused by Skin Studio. The version that I had made incomplete .wba skin files. When a file already existed, it wouldn't put all the files in the zip. This is what caused the problems. I have upgraded to a newer version of Skin Studio so this won't happen again.
