well, i'm not trying to be the bad guy here but all comments are appreciated right?
honestly, it's just too busy. too hard to read. the shade isn't bad. the border on some of the windows and the minimize (etc) buttons are just too busy. i don't mind the start button.
all in all, it's a good idea.

I agree with Guedado, yet, I'll be more blunt with it. This skin is too bulky, too busy, an the metallic/chrome theme is repetive..ugh. Sleek, clean, simple skins people...not big, bulky, busy ones.
