By the way, the wallpaper that you have uploaded it is a .suite file for WinStyles, instead of a zip file. That is why people can't use it, because they don't know how to open it

The most simple way is just to rename what you have done, from .suite file to .zip file.
I guess that you don't have WinZip nor ObjectZip.

Then just right click on the wallpaper and and select "Add to Roman Wallpaper.zip". That is all, you will find the zip file next to your wallpaper
