Personally, I'd give this skin a 1 or a 2, mostly because it's not original in the least.

Personally, I think it's amazing that an eight-year-old could figure out how to create a skin, much less have the patience. However, abusing the rating system is not the way to go about encouraging him.

And I agree with werewolf, sometimes encouragement is more important than anything else. So, Adam, consider yourself encouraged...I would like to see more from you!
And btw, I've played plenty of Toontown in my time, so that was one reason why I rushed to check this skin out. I got kind of bored with the game for a while, but now that Cog Headquarters is open, I may be dropping by a little more frequently.

Please ask your mom to get you into any and all graphic design programs that are open to children of your age. You have a talent for understanding how to manipulate the program to produce something new and original. As a mom myself, I am proud of your efforts.
