This is a rating of 10 kind of skin, but so far it only have a rating of 6. It seems rating of 10 is only for people with big name such as 'you know whom' Since the rating thing, very poor skins have been loaded even thought much better softwares have been developed. Some people just prefer to keep their hard work to themeselve than offering it for free and get disrespected with a rating of 3. The rating is only hurting wincustomize.
What is wincustomize really?
Wincustomize is more than skinning. It is kind of our home. We make friends, we admire each other, we get advices from each other, we share a few jokes, we encourrage others to get better and more. This place is more than just skinning.
What's hurting is the rating.
We don't need to see the rating to know it's a good skin. the number of download and the kind of comments will speak for the skin.

A rating of 6 is above average which this skin is. Can't really complain me thinks.
