Actually Snidely, others, denkeep can upload as many as he/she cares to. It's the good people here at WC who are actually "reviewing" and posting them. I agree that a skin, wall, whatever should be FINISHED before posting (unless there were, like at DA, a Skins in Progress section).
I gotta agree with Brainiac (nIceeLines comment) : Take your time with them. "I make this in one day" and it shows! (Even tho it's better than *I* could do in 1 day)

graypony, i agree he can upload as many as he/she wants to but they should be what he thinks is a finished product. there is no 'skins in progress' area here.

To bring out a skin in 1 day isn't really that impressive. I'm sure most of the skinners here could do it... but would they want to? I don't think so. The quality of the skin would be way below the standard they and others expect. Just imagine the type of work you could come out with if you took say, a week at most on one skin.
You have much potential and some of your skins show a lot of creativity and thought.
As someone else posted in one of your other skin's comments, it doesn't hurt to ask some of the more experienced skinners to look over your skins before you upload.

I agree with everyone else on this please keep trying,don't show unfinshed work okay? But don't get down on yourself from other people opinion,just believe in yourself & take your time,there no one rushing you okay? Well... I, for one, think that this guy is showing one of the most convincing feats for the need of moderation in this community. I'm not saying he has no place here, I'm saying that there should be a "nursery" for the growing pains in skinning (of which this guy has fallen victim to)... the front stage isn't the place for that.
WIP skins should have a special place... it's a great idea.
If I was in any worse mood today, I'd say he's forcing himself into some sort of "Top Something" rating. But... I'm all jolly today, so I won't.

The Windowblinds newsgroups at news.stardock.com are a better place for getting feedback and trouble shooting skins. People in the know can help polish a skin before it's ever posted on Wincustomize.
But remember to post any binaries (images, etc) to the binaries groups.
