I think there's potential in the Start Menu and taskbar. Caveats: The actual windows use up a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT of screen real-estate. The little silvered buttons overlaying the bevels for the window menus (file, edit, view, etc...) make the text almost unintelligible. If these issues were rectified, this would have the highest probability of being your best skin to develop.

Title bars are a bit large. Overall appearance ok. Don't see the connection to the name.

I agree with mrbiotech, the windows do take up a chunk of the screen. You released 7 skins in one day, take I.R.'s advice and slow down and focus on one skin
You have such great potential, I would hate to see you get discouraged Do yourself a favor and ask some for their opinions on an unfinished work before you post it, email a screenshot to some folks, don't be afraid to ask, if I can help you in any way, you let me know. I ask for peoples opinions on my works, and it pays off

I really do wonder what's going on in this little guy's mind... uploading all this, wanting comments... Using the Sputnik Icons he knows all about GOOD skinning, he couldn't possibly have wished for overwhelmingly warm comments (unless he actually needs some professional help, in which case I'm sorry).

I agree with mrbiotech. The start menu and taskbar are amazing. The menubar is not usable and the turquoise borders around everything seem misplaced. The silver elements are too rich in contrast so that you can't use any color for text. Some part of it will always be unreadable.

Take the start menu and try to redo the other controls so that they become similarly smooth and matching in style.

Denkeep, I like the pale turqoise with the sand color, but if you chance to update this skin, could you add a sub with the blues changed to different degrees of the pale turqoise, and a thinner window? I think that would really make this skin stand out. The turq/sand combination gives it an almost southwest flavor, or maybe a keywest kind of flair. I think the blue throws this one off just a little. Still an interesting skin.

it has a cute look to it, but it really isn't very usable. keep at it though.

I admit I don't know anything about skinning but I do know what I like when I see it and I love the way you use colors. Please do keep up the good work, when I get a really good computer, I want your skins on it.
